Coaching Agreement
Coaching through Purpose & Valor is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support personal growth, clarity, leadership, and accountability. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice.
By engaging in coaching services, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching sessions are intended to provide structure, perspective, and accountability, but outcomes depend on each client’s personal effort and follow-through. No guarantees are made regarding specific results.
All sessions are confidential. Information shared during coaching will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or if there is a concern for safety.
Clients agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared

Communicate honestly

Take ownership of their progress

Respect scheduling and payment policies
Purpose & Valor Coaching reserves the right to pause or end the coaching relationship if it is no longer a productive or appropriate fit.
By purchasing services or booking sessions, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a session.

Late cancellations may be charged in full

Missed sessions are considered completed sessions

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
This policy protects both the client’s commitment and the coach’s schedule.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Coaching packages must be paid in full before sessions begin unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
Due to the nature of coaching services:

Completed sessions are non-refundable

Packages are non-refundable once started

Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package timeframe

Exceptions may be considered at the coach’s discretion
